Open
Open Windows Quick Assist by clicking here, or by searching "Quick Assist" in your Start menu.
This tool is preinstalled on recent Windows versions.

Input code
Type the code in the Quick Assist window, and submit.
RustDesk is our choice of remote control software. It is a Free and Open Source alternative to well-known software like TeamViewer or Anydesk.
If you do not wish to use this software, please use Windows Quick Assist, or tell us which software you'd rather use.
Instructions for RustDesk
Download
Use the links further up this page to download the appropriate version of RustDesk. The filename should contain rustdesk.
Launch
Run the downloaded installer.
Install
Click the Install button located at the bottom left of the window, then Accept and install. RustDesk will then automatically restart.
Transmit and accept
Send us the ID and password located in the sidepanel of RustDesk. Accept the request when prompted.
